The purposes of the VRLA shall be to serve the needs of court reporting, captioning, and related communities in the State of Louisiana.  VRLA employs a full-time lobbyist to ensure the interests of court reporters in Louisiana are heard and protected. We are dedicated to providing high-quality services, promoting professional development, and advocating for the interests of the court reporting profession.
